From colourful costumes to exciting challenges, Literacy & Numeracy Week was filled with fun, learning and community spirit.

Books and numbers open a world of wonder, intrigue and insight, and throughout the week our students explored stories, built their vocabulary, solved problems and discovered the beauty of language and maths.

In Primary, a favourite moment was the much-loved Book Character Parade, where students and staff brought treasured characters to life. Events like this grow confidence, spark imagination, and strengthen the sense of belonging in our school family. Thank you to the parents and carers who came along to encourage and celebrate with our students. The Spelling Bee was another highlight, giving students the chance to shine as they shared their knowledge, built resilience and embraced the fun of learning.

In Secondary, students experienced a vibrant program of engaging English and Maths activities that sparked creativity, teamwork and a love of learning. From the lively House Spelling Bee to Book Character Day, students embraced the chance to get involved and enjoy some friendly rivalry. There was laughter, imagination and enthusiasm. It was a fantastic week full of learning, laughter and school spirit.

From K to 12, Literacy & Numeracy Week 2025 was a wonderful celebration of the power of words, the challenge of numbers and the joy of learning together.
