Since it's beginnings in the early 1870s, Adventist Education has a deep conviction that education should nurture the whole person, intellectually, spiritually, socially, and physically.

Today, Adventist Education is the largest Protestant school system in the world. As of 2026 we have 10,364 schools, colleges and universities in over 100 countries, employing over 120,000 teachers, educating more than 2.3 million students each year. This global network provides a strong foundation of experience, educational practice, and shared Christian values.

In Australia, Adventist Education began in 1892 with the opening of the first school in St Kilda, Melbourne. Today, Adventist Education Australia includes schools and early learning services across the country, serving children and young people from a wide range of backgrounds. These schools are respected in their communities for providing authentic Christian education that is caring, values-based, and academically strong. We are proud to be part of the Adventist Education schools network. [Meet our sister schools...]

Our schools and early learning services in Australia are non-selective, inclusive schools, open to all who want a Christian community that is caring, safe, values-based, and sets high academic standards.

We are proud to be part of this global and Australian Adventist education community, bringing these shared values to life in a local, relational school setting.

“Our schools are thriving Christ-centred learning communities and centres of influence, training children for academic success, but more importantly, teaching them what a moral life of integrity looks and feels like.”
— Pastor Terry Johnson, 2020-2025 President, Adventist Church Australia
