Our Gold Coast Early Learning program is designed to nurture your child's holistic development. Guided by the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines. Our Philosophy
We hold the firm belief that children thrive best when they feel cherished, supported, and secure, much like they do within the comfort of their homes. Central to our mission is ensuring that our Gold Coast early learning program is staffed by dedicated educators who are genuinely passionate about their roles and who forge nurturing connections with each child.
Our overarching goal is to provide every child with the affection, care, joy, and laughter they rightfully deserve, enabling them to flourish and develop into well-rounded individuals both socially, emotionally, and physically.
It is our sincerest desire to offer an environment where every child experiences love, embraces learning, and grows into confident, fulfilled adults.
Join us at our Bright Eyes Playgroup, where dedicated moms lead the fun every Tuesday morning from 9 am to 11 am during term time. Each session costs just a gold coin donation per family, and we kindly ask that you bring some cut-up fruit to share.
Our playgroup is designed to encouraging caregivers to actively engage with their little ones in a stimulating and well-equipped space. Our venue boasts a fully fenced, undercover courtyard for outdoor play, as well as an air-conditioned hall filled with an array of toys and crafts.
We prioritise diversity, safety, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels at home. Come join the fun and make memories with us!
Our programs revolve around the child, sparked by their curiosity and creativity; designed to cultivate the growth and development of each individual child.
At Gold Coast Christian College Bright Eyes Kindergarten, our teaching approach begins with regular observations of children, allowing us to understand their needs and interests. Based on these observations, we plan future activities to cater to their individual growth.
Our curriculum is shaped by esteemed frameworks such as the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines (QKLG). We integrate all facets of learning and development, focusing on play-based activities and prioritising communication, language, numeracy, and social-emotional skills.

Hours of Operation
Monday to Friday 8.15 am - 3.15 pm
Our Kindergarten operates Monday to Friday during school terms. Children are enrolled in our Kindergarten program on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. You also have an option for your child to attend on Mondays and Fridays.
Doors open at 8:15 am for parents to sign in before the morning bell rings at 8:40 am
