Our Primary Grandparents Morning was a heartwarming celebration of family, faith and connection. The morning began with chapel, where students and grandparents gathered together for worship and reflection. After chapel, Grandparents enjoyed morning tea accompanied by beautiful music from our Primary Strings Orchestra, creating a joyful atmosphere of fellowship and conversation.
“Grandparents Day was fun and good because now she knows how good our community is at our school.” - R, Year 6
Following morning tea, grandparents joined the classrooms to experience their grandchild’s learning space, see their work and complete special projects together. These shared moments brought smiles, laughter and pride as children showed their grandparents what makes their school community so special.
“It was really fun getting them to know what it's like in my learning space. It was awesome that they came. It was really cool that they got to see the school that I go to.” - Rex, Year 6
We are so grateful to every grandparent who joined us and helped make the day so special.
