Performing Arts

Performing arts is the art form in which artists use their body or voice to convey artistic expression. It encompasses a collection of different types of expression such as music, drama, singing, mimes, acting etc.

The College encourages and provides opportunities for students to be actively involved in areas of music providing external music tuition in violin, guitar, drums, saxophone and brass and woodwind instruments as well as vocal lessons. The Years 3 and 4 Music Immersion program provides students with the opportunity to learn the violin in Year 3 and a brass or woodwind instrument in Year 4.

Our talented Chapel band performs on a weekly basis at Chapel and at our Friday night IMPACT programs.

It is exciting to see so many students developing their talents through dedicated practise and performance opportunities in front of the College community.
