BACK TO SCHOOL DATES
Kindy, Prep and all new students commence Tuesday 29 January 2019. All existing students commence Wednesday 30 January 2019.


NEW STUDENTS
All Kindy, Prep and new students will be commencing school on Tuesday 29 January 2019. New Primary students can go to their respective classes and new Secondary students will need to meet at the Learning Resource Centre.


COLLEGE OPERATING HOURS
School bell times: 8.35am - 3.10pm
First break: 10.05am - 10.25am
Lunch: 12.25pm - 1.05pm
Office Hours: 8.00am - 4.00pm (Monday to Friday)


OUTSIDE SCHOOL HOURS CARE
Parents wishing to use the OSHC must complete a Registration Form prior to booking. Registration Forms are available are available on the College’s website and from the College office. If children are dropped off before 8.00am they are required to be signed in to OSHC and you will be charged for this service. After 3.30pm, any child under the age of 12 years old, who has not been collected from the pick-up area will be automatically placed in OSHC and will also be charged for this service.

Before school care
7.00am to 8.00am - $6.00 per morning pre-booked / $8.00 without prior booking
After school care
3.30pm to 6.00pm - $17.00 per afternoon pre-booked / $18.00 without prior booking
Vacation care
7.00am to 5.30pm - $50.00 per day if booked before the holidays or $55.00 without prior booking.


PARENT INFORMATION EVENING - TUESDAY 5 FEBRUARY
A parent information evening will be held on Tuesday 5 February 2019.
Primary - 5.30pm to 6.30pm
Secondary - 7.00pm to 8.00pm
A letter will be sent home with more details of the evening.

UNIFORMS
It is an expectation that your child will start the school year in full uniform. New students will be starting in their formal uniform. If you still need last minute uniform items, we have some appointments available. We will also be open Tuesday morning, by appointment only. Ring the Administration Office on 5593 4571 to make a booking.

Monday and Friday - 8.00am to 9.30am
Wednesday - 3.00pm to 4.00pm


HEBREWS CAFE (TUCKSHOP)
Days open for 2019
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

You can order your child’s lunch online before 8.15am each day. Don’t forget to register your details on School24. Phone the Administration Office to get the school ID for when you register. To order go to www.school24.net.au


VISITOR PASSES
Any person visiting the College must report to the Administration Office to receive a Visitor’s pass. If any parent wishes to speak with a member of staff please do so via the Administration Office.

Parents who are volunteering around campus, must remember to also sign-in and obtain a Visitor’s pass. This ensures the safety of all our students within the College grounds and to comply with WHS requirements.
